Scissor lift tables are recommended for work environment where employees need to lift heavy loads to a precise height for working on them or arranging them on shelves. As their name states, these material lifting devices feature a scissor mechanism that allows smooth lifting upwards for very heavy loads.

Depending on the load capacity and the total lifting height, scissor lift tables can have one or several scissoring mechanism to achieve a safe and uniform movement up and down. When folded to the minimum height, scissor lift tables have a compact size, adequate for narrow and busy work environments.

    The single scissor lift table is an excellent choice for lifting heavy loads to a precise height. It has a compact and robust build made of welded steel, which can withstand very heavy loads. The scissor mechanism is made from box section, while the base frame is made of angled steel construction.

    These features guarantee a long useful life under intense work cycles. However, the operational limit is of 10 stroke cycles per one-shift operation. Also, please note that the single scissor lift table is not suitable for lifting persons – only materials.

    Operators of the scissor lift table use a manual control switch that has three positions: Up, Down and Emergency Off. The device is also equipped with various safety features to protect the operator:

    • Aluminum safety contact strip under the platform;
    • IP54 protection class;
    • Maintenance free bearings that do not require a person’s intervention to work properly;
    • Integrated overpressure valve.

    The single scissor lift table is delivered with a full oil filling and ready for connection.
