The reel handler in stainless steel with +/-15 degree swing is attached to work positioners to handle large and heavy rolls of foils, usually stretch film rolls to be installed in packaging machines. The reel handler has security clutch that allows picking the roll directly from the floor and lifting it without the risk of dropping. The roll can be rotated at 900 to get in the right position for placing where needed.
The 150 swing to the right or left allows further adjustments to the position of the handled item. The reel handler in stainless steel with 15 degree swing can handle rolls with a maximum 76 mm diameter core and, depending on the work positioner, up to 100 kg.
