LM bumpers with bar and spring
LM bumpers with bar and spring are used wherever there is forklifts, roller containers or different trolleys traffic. The bumper serves as a spacer and, due to its low construction, ensures unrestricted access to protected areas. They protect shelves, cabinets, IT equipment, etc. against collision damage.
Excellent protection also for wall attachments like equipment, distribution panels, first aid equipment, etc.
LM bumpers with bar and spring are made of extremely durable materials. Steel is used to ensure the construction of special or sensitive structures such as columns, pipes, construction parts, etc.
Because they are completely bent from a single piece of pipe, no elbow welds are required. Thus, they withstand the harshest impacts. Depending on the needs, they are available in several different sizes and can be used both for interior or exterior.
Product properties
- Steel tube with 3 mm thickness, ∅ 76 mm and 130 x 70 x 10 mm base plates (4 fixing holes)
- Smooth and beveled ends (45 °)
- Available lengths: 400, 800 or 1200mm
- 90° corner with dimensions: 638 x 638 mm, with 6 fixing holes
- Optionally and on request, with anchoring into concrete floors, as a solution for fixing in concrete; dowel with 12/120 ( 4 pieces per bar or 6 pieces per corner are required)
- Interior use: spring is covered with yellow plastic and has black signal stripes
Available also as a “U shape” with following properties
- Support made of 3 mm steel tube, ∅ 76 mm with base plate 160 x 140 x 10 mm (4 fixing holes)
- Available in following dimensions:
- 750 x 390, 640 or 1240h mm
- 1000 x 390, 640 or 1240h mm
- 2000 x 390, 640 or 1240h mm
- 166 x 146 x 50 mm PU spring element tilts up to max. 10 °
- Solution for dowels
- For exterior use the bars are hot-dip galvanized and yellow plastic support covered with black signal strips
- For interior use the spring is covered with yellow plastic, and has black signal stripes
- As accessory, available on request a mounting kit for 8 holes
