Electric dispensers for water activated tape are electric powered tape dispensers that use water activated tape “WAT” or gummed tape. This type of adhesive tape is made from a special strong paper with adhesive on one side and that adhesive is activated only when it is wet, so the dispensers have special brushes to wet the tape before it is automatically dispensed.
