Reel turners with clamps
The reel turners with clamps are used for extracting a single roll from a stack.
Its use is recommended to handle paper rolls with matt contact surface.
The arms of the inverter are hydraulically actioned, making possible the rotation at 90⁰.
The equal distribution of the pressure inside the arms and the rubber layer that dressed them, ensures an increased protection of the goods during handling.

Upon request, there can be offered the Reel turners with clamps for 300 kg paper rolls and Reel turners with clamps for 1000 kg paper rolls.
The diameter of the roll which can be handled with this inverter can have 650-1270 mm.
The standard height up to which the roll can be lifted is 1600 mm and can be increased upon request to 2500 mm.
The design of this inverter for paper rolls considered the decreasing of the time operators spend with rolls’ handling, in order to reduce the work accidents and the damages upon the first layers of the paper roll.
