PALOMAT® Pneumatic dispenser for 1 pallet 800×600
The pneumatic dispenser for 1 pallet (the model for the 800×600 mm pallets) optimizes the flow, saves the necessary space needed otherwise for their storage, and keeps this space in order.
The system works with compressed air, needing a power of 6-7 bars + 100-240 V for the control panel.
Using the pallets magazine, the handling time/ pallet is significantly reduced, as well as the pallets breakage rate and the number of medical leaves caused by physical efforts when manually handling the pallets, decreases.
There can be automatically stacked pallets with 800×600 mm dimensions, the height being customized depending on the needs.
The operator needs a minimal training to use it.
This allows the loading and unloading from the stack of only one pallet or of the whole stack. Using this pallet magazine, the operators can handle the pallets at ground level only using the pallet truck, being no need to use the forklift.
The dispenser has a capacity for 15 pallets, with a maximum load of 500 kg. The system has safety frames on three sides, making any operation safe.
