Every workstation, workbench or supply trolley must have a “green area” where every tool, raw material or parts must have their own place. Ergonomy plays a very important role in this step of the design, as well as the other Lean Manufacturing Principles, that we have in mind, when we start a project. The accessories presented below can be tailor-made to the operator’s needs and work efficiency, which is ideal when you have to adjust the tubular steel or aluminum structure to multiple flows:
Electrical system - with control panel, for automatic adjustment of working heights.
This electrical system is ideal for workstations or workbenches in production or shipping areas, where the operator’s work is static or different operators are working at the same station. Depending on their heights, the bench can be adjusted at different heights, with only the push of a button, to create a more ergonomic and adaptable workspace.
Drawer organizer with foam in two colors
This accessories are ideal for appling the 5S’s lean manufacturing principle: sort, shine, set in order, standardise, sustain.
With an oraganised drawer, not only the workspace is clean, but also you avoid waste and errors, like tools misplaced or lost.
Due to the 2 colors in contrast design, it is very easy to spot missing tools or parts and recover them fast.
The design and foam material are custom made, for every part or tool shape, with ESD protection or for dangerous lubricants.
